Very light dusting

Very light dusting is what we had overnight. Its noon on Saturday and 25 degrees in downtown Frederic. Still a long ways off from any sled riding. Last night my daughter Haley and I went on the Winter Solstice Hike at Hartwick Pines. It was supposed to be a snow shoe event but of course no snow. It was a nice 2 mile hike that started at 8 p.m. and lasted about an hour and luckily the winter moon even peeked out of the clouds at us for a while. Pics below are of the moon last night and the construction of the new dollar general here in Frederic just south of my Storage Units……. Lake Margrethe looked scary this morning after the warm up from yesterday which put a lot of water to freeze up on the surface again overnight. That’s it for today, thanks for checking in. Pete
