Cold and Crunchy

Its a cold and crunchy minus 15 in downtown Frederic. Sled traffic was heavier yesterday than a typical Monday thanks to Presidents day. Still 3 trailers at Days Inn and 6 at the Ramada this morning. Went for a ride to starvation lake yesterday afternoon with my brother and trails were perfect after seeing both the Grayling and Kalkaska groomers. Some snow predicted yet for the next couple days but upper thirties and slight chance of some rain on Saturday, don’t want to hear that but then again another storm for Monday. Things can change but we have a lot of snow. A few pics from yesterday including the Arctic Cat Alpha that was at starvation lake. Look close at the single rail down the middle and the 3 plus inch paddle.  Also a pic of the gas tank for a ski doo I am going to sell. That was turned in as lost. Gonna donate the money from it to United Way and  a note from another rider that lost a bag, let me know if you have it and I will contact Frank. …..Hi everyone, Was trail riding in wonderful upstate Michigan and at some point on Saturday my Navy Blue Frogskin weatherproof backpack with my extra belt, tow rope, owners manual, shovel, led flashlight and knit hat fell off the back of my sled.  I’m hoping a kind soul is trying to turn it in and am looking for help.  Anything you can do is appreciated.Thank you, Frank
