Winter is coming??

Is winter really coming, I havent been on here all summer and I figure I should get back in practice. Its tuesday afternoon on oct 18, 2022 and thought I would put something out there. Been working trying to get this place in order for the snow. The past two mornings we have had a little snow on the ground, enough to make it white but it doesnt last to long. Supposed to be 60s again this coming weekend. I am expecting trail permits in soon but I still wont start opening regularly till we have some real winter. This is coming up on my 25th season in here. It was alot more fun when I was 40 instead of being 65…….Everyone asks me what I think the winter is going to be and my standard answer is I will tell you in April….The pic below is an old one but hoping that we will see some action like this soon.
