Will it or won’t it….

Will it or won’t it , that’s the big question that everyone seems to be wondering about. My gut feeling is we wont get it like predicted but stranger things have happened. Its another one of those deals that you need to be here to ride right when it happens. While there is still some white on the ground in the grayling and Frederic area, its really a mud bog most everywhere. Lake Margrethe still has ice in the middle but I was surprised yesterday as I drove by Otsego lake to see it is still completely covered with ice. It will be interesting to see how this comes out. I wont be around Frederic to see it first hand so I will have to keep an eye on my cameras. On a different subject if anyone is looking to get an up north  home on Lake Margrethe I just listed a picture perfect place on the lake. 4 bedrooms, 2 bath, large deck out front with an upstairs balcony too. 2 car garage, storage galore, bonus room …. Move in ready and spotless clean for $314,900.
