Sunny Wednesday in Grayling

Well its a sunny day in Grayling and the snow will melt off quickly today. Just wanted to do a quick post about my post from yesterday on the Frederic cabin. It seems like I take for granted how many people I reach thru this page. My phone rang off the hook on the little place I just listed. First person that called and looked at it put in an offer and it was accepted so it is now off the market before it even hit the market. I have kept all the contact info of everyone that contacted me on it so just in case something doesnt pan out I will contact them. Like I said yesterday there is not hardly anything for sale in that price range. Well at least if we dont have snow I can still sell homes….Thanks for checking in. Pete
