Still just hanging out at home, I have been up to Frederic every couple of days just to check on the place and its still there. Awful quiet around there. Its now wednesday morning, yesterday morning we had fresh white snow on the ground, enough to make it white but of course it was gone by mid day. The winds have been howling around the lake here for about a week now so its been pretty cool out there. Someone had sent me a story about Jacks Place in Roscommon sending dinners up to the health care workers at the hospital in Grayling which was a great thing for them to do. Funny thing about Jacks was that I drove by there the same day someone sent me that story thinking I havent been in there in years. Maybe someday when they open again I can go there. I had decided to take the long way home and went up m 18 towards M 72 and decided to go to the Mason Chapel on the south branch of the Ausable. It was a nice day and its a very secluded place and tough to find. Just went there and sat by the river and the chapel for a while. From there I stopped at Wakeley lake for a nice walk around the beaver pond. Typically I would never have time to do that. A few pics below. I am also surprised at how many inquiries I have had from people wanting to rent out my rental cottage….I have turned them all down while still waiting this ordeal out. Thanks for checking in. Pete
