Its already noon in Frederic, sunny and 18 degrees, only a dusting of new snow overnight. I got here at ten and there have been sleds steady stopping in. That really surprises me as I thought there would be no one around today. Had some Canadians in along with some guys from Pennsylvania. Another couple in here right now came from starvation lake and said its pretty good, the Pennsylvania guys came from Lewiston and said it was fair. We still certainly could use more snow. Yesterday on New Years day there was hardly any one out which surprised me as I thought it would be busy. So far today way more riders. Had a few more people drop their trailers at storage so they didn’t have to haul them back. That’s about it for today. I did go to the Fredreic Inn last night to try for round 4 of the prime but they didn’t have it. They usually only do it Friday and Saturday nights but this year got 3 nights in a row because of the way New Years fell….. I really didn’t need it anyways. Thanks for checking in. Pete
