How come?

How come many other places get snow and we don’t. Some storms are brewing to the east and coming this way but they are predicting rain by the time it gets to our area. It is 10 a..m Thursday morning and 30 degrees in Frederic. I see that Grand Marias groomed last night with a decent report so that means they will be busy. Grayling is still a ghost town but I did see one trailer at the Ramada Inn. I hope he wasn’t planning on riding here and as I left the Ramada a trailer and sleds was pulling into the gas station across the street. I stopped and talked to him and he was heading for the Keewanaw and excited that they had a prediction for 10 inches today. He was on his way up from Jackson and I told him well you only have 8 more hours till you get there. I wish I could do that. I did have a great day here in the shop with a whole 4 people in 2 different groups stop by. I also talked to someone that said they had rode 88 miles on their side by sides yesterday. Well one of the people that was in here yesterday they said they saw a side by side go by here too while they were here. Also just talked to Monte down in Beaverton and he said they had been out on their atv’s yesterday and they saw a few other machines out.  Good thing I have a television. here……just remember too that I am a realtor in case you want to buy or sell a place up this way as I need to drum up some business some how… Thanks for checking in.
