Holding steady

Still holding steady on what snow we do have here in Frederic. I want to start out by sending a shout out to Bruce Young who turns 80 today. He hasn’t rode his sled in a few years now and it was him that I bought my turbo 660 from years ago. I miss seeing him and his family up here and if he was here I would take him over a Sledheads birthday cake. Happy ‘Birthday Bruce!  Just had the first batch of sleds in here for the day and they rode up here from Leota which is south of houghton lake and like many others have told me this season that the snow is deeper south of Grayling. I took a ride yesterday up trail 7 to 4 east of Gaylord where I met the groomer and then filled up with gas in Johannesburg and then on to Vienna for lunch and down thru Lovells back trail 47 to trail 7 to Frederic. A great 88 mile ride. Trails were thin in some spots but overall pretty darn good. Thanks for checking in. Pete
