Getting closer

Well here it is November 15, 2018 and for the first time ever I am actually in Grayling for the opening day of rifle season. We have had snow on the ground for about a week now, just a covering but about 3 new inches in Frederic yesterday. I have even been told someone saw a sled out on the trail. I went to Gaylord earlier in the week and the trail still seems to be a bit of a mess from waters north to gaylord. They still have a couple weeks to get it wrapped up. Who knows if we will really have rideable snow on the first yet. Time will tell. Below are some pics I took the other day of a fire that happened at a dealership. All those machines burnt up next to that fuel tank and the tank didn’t blow. They were all 4 wheelers but it was a total burn. Nobody ever saw it happen so there was never even a fire department…….Not a good day for someone……..Thanks for checking in and think snow…..Pete
