Its still icy and hard out there so I am starting to believe that the riding is almost over as much as I don’t want to admit it. We did have a heck of a good run this year. I just checked the fatality statistics and the state page is still only at 10. I thought there might be one or 2 more in there but even if that’s right this will be the lowest year of fatalities I have ever seen. I attribute that to there being so much snow and having everybody all spread out so that was a great thing. I will close today with another one of Larry Pennels PIctures from sunday. He pointed out that the moon and the sun both set behind the bridge that day. He has quite the life living up there on that island and isolated for months with that great view of the bridge.
