This is not what February 2 should look like. 18 degrees and trails look horrible, the wet heavy snow is all down state and we didnt even have a flake or even a rain drop. I was hoping to go for a ride today but that isnt going to happen. Pics below I took this morning along m 93 and that pretty much tells you the story in a picture. It doesnt look like we have much of a chance for any new snow for this weekend but who knows sooner or later our luck has to kick in. The very first year that i was open at Sledheads which was around 96 I actually closed up on Valentines day and went to the u.p. to ride as there was no snow anywhere around grayling or frederic. I am wondering if this is going to be a repeat. Wish I had better news. Thanks for checking in. Pete
