Its not what we want to hear

Its not what we want to hear, currently 32 and sunny in downtown Frederic Monday morning and almost noon. Lots of sun and upper 30s for this week and the weather said 47 predicted for Saturday. So just as in years past it is not looking good. Darn the people along the east coast and my buddy SAK down in North Carolina have all the snow and no sleds, lucky them. There were several people that stopped in yesterday afternoon on their way home from the U.P. and they were reporting good riding up by Brimley & Grand Marais. Trail permit sales have boomed up from only 1 to about a total of 7 now. I did have the first machine of the year in yesterday but as you can see from the pic its not really what I would count as first sled of the season. You just never know what you will see Scotty Bobby pop up on. But as his motto goes, always wear a helmet always……Updates will be when something good happens again….Thanks for checking in. Pete
