Is this the end or will we get to ride in March. Its a crunchy 27 degrees this morning in downtown Frederic, I only saw four sleds on thursday, there is still alot of white out there and its pretty hard and flat. Pics below I took out the front door of Sledheads this morning. Some riders will most likely venture out but the tough part about it is enough lube for your slides. Its supposed to get a bit warmer so as that melt kicks in it will give you the lube you need. I doubt if it will be very busy this weekend but there are always those that are ready to try anything. I have seen alot worse conditions than what we have now with alot of riders out there. I talked to my friend in Valdez Alaska the other day and asked him how the snow has been this season. He said they havent had very much, only 7 or 7.5 feet…..I laughed and told him we have only had about 7 or 7.5 inches.
Sorry thats the best I can say for now. Also for the first person that happens to come in here this weekend and asks me what the surprise is I will fix them up with it. Thanks for checking in. Pete
