Fuji Capisto man, I can hardly see out there

Fuji Capisto man, I can hardly see out there. The old timers like me will get that but anyways it is snowing and blowing hard here in Frederic at 13 degrees about 9:30 Friday morning. A couple of inches of snow out there overnight but that is on top of a half inch of ice we ended up getting yesterday so things are very slick and hard underneath. My friend that lives at blue lake said they had 4 to 5 inches. I think the snow that is falling now is system snow and then that is supposed to be followed by lake effect . The grayling groomer did its round yesterday as he called me when they went by here but I never even saw or heard them as they went by. The only sleds that were in here yesterday were the Alabama Boys & 1 Alabama girl who made it up for their first time this season. I was saddened to hear of the passing of their fearless leader this past May. James was a great guy and he loved making that 1000 mile trip every week from Demopolis, Alabama to Frederic 7 or 8 weeks in a row to ride sleds. Trailer counts this morning were 1 at the Days Inn and only 3 at the Ramada, I still think there will be o.k. riding this weekend but be careful of the ice. With this blowing out there right now I also think I will sell out of gauntlets. I even put my truck in the back room here this morning so it doesn’t get covered with snow today. Orders have been coming in for the polar vortex shirts which is good, I really didn’t know what to expect as this is the first time for me trying a little online store. Time will tell to see how it all pans out. Please pass the link around. Polar Vortex t’s & sweats   Thanks for checking in. Pete
