And we are off…….

And we are off to the start of another week of no new snow and no snowmobiling, at least around Grayling, Gaylord & Frederic. Temps are supposed to be in the d 30s up thru friday with maybe rain snow mix on Friday. I believe the u.p. is still holding up for those lucky enough to make it up there. I talked to 2 different sets of riders that had been up there and they were reporting good riding with not a huge amount of people. That will change if their snow holds up. Just check the area you want to ride in before you get up there. I like to look at the sites for Grand Marais, Seney, Taquamenon, Strongs, Chippewa snow chasers. You can get a decent idea if you should go from there. I am still sticking with my guess of rideable snow at the end of this month. The good part is that my knee is heeling and I will be ready for a ride when the time comes….I guess I should have stayed in Montana. Until we get rideable snow I will be open at Sledheads on a hit and miss schedule as there are zero people around. If you are heading this way and need anything call me and I can meet you at the shop. My number  is 989 Dig Snow (989-344-7669). Thanks for checking in. Pete     and P.S. dont forget todays birthday boy…..Happy Birthday Elvis
