WINTER IS BACK FULL FORCE

As the roller coaster continues we have about 3 new inches here in grayling since last night and its supposed to keep coming, temps are supposed to stay in the teens with snow predicted for the next 5 days and saturday being the slowest day for new snow. Schools to the north and west are closed today along with there being more snow to the north and west of frederic as usual. While we still had some snow on the trails with all this firming and freezing back up we should have a good base underneath and the timing is good to get things in shape for a decent weekend of riding. There was a group of guys from ohio who were coming to frederic yesterday and they wanted to ride up to the bridge and across from frederic but because of the weather and rain they kept driving to Paradise where they said it looked great. They called me last night and said they got in 165 miles yesterday between Paradise & Grand Marais. Once again I wish I was up there with them instead of holed up in Frederic. I will post a couple pics below here that they sent me from yesterday. The www.DarksideAdventures.com boys are having some issues on their trip but are moving along up in Quebec. Thats another place I wish I could be….Thanks for checking in and I will update again later this afternoon to let you know how the snow is coming down. IMG951493 IMG951492
