Sunny Saturday & 27 degrees

Its a sunny Saturday morning at 27 degrees. Sled traffic thru Frederic yesterday was much slower than I thought it would be but I had a few in that had rode here from lewistons and talked to a couple other friends that were riding over there and the common thing among all of them was that there was a lot more snow over that way. Also had people stopping in that were either on their way back or to the u.p. I got here about 8 this morning and there were sleds already riding into town and I have seen about ten so far. Its supposed to get warmer yet today so that’s not good but I took pictures of trail crossings up here this morning and they really do look surprisingly good. I still had reports of both good and bad spots yesterday. Who knows if we can keep going past this weekend. Trailer counts were up this morning with ten at the Days Inn and 23 at the Ramada. Look close at the first picture today which was on M 93 near Hanson Hills and you will see the deer in the pic that were crossing the trail while I was there. There were about 7 of them altogether. Have fun if you get out there and Please Ride Safely. Thanks for checking in. Pete
