Sunday Afternoon 2:20 p.m. (new time)

Sunday Afternoon 2:20 p.m. (new time) and that explains the late update in a nutshell. Still a lot of people staying over and riders in this morning still reporting great trails. I had guys leave my rental cottage this morning that had been here riding for the weekend and a new batch of riders are coming in this afternoon. Still a good count on trailers this morning with 3 at the Days Inn and down to 32 trailers at the Ramada. Trails still looked very white as I drove here this morning but I did see where corners were blown out and ugly. Its 30 out right now but not to sunny so that is good. The sun is not our friend and lets hope it stays away this week so we can see how it goes day by day and week by week or the upcoming 3 weekends. As usual I still don’t know if the Phatman Shootout happened or didn’t yesterday as I never hear about it till its over or going on. I know Mike and his snowbunny said there was a lot of drag racing going on on starvation lake yesterday but I don’t think that was the Phatman. Cathy and I met up with the snowbunny and BA Mike at the Ramada last night for a while as they were to late to make it to the ole barn for dinner. Below is a picture of us from last night….along with a picture of a cool long track sled that was out front here yesterday with 2 and a half inch paddles on it and a Idaho sticker on it. Check out those paddles under it and then a picture of a bunch of sleds that were parked over by my trailers. Some snow chanting wouldn’t hurt for this coming up week. I will be updating from Kzoo the rest of the week and being fed info from riders that do come into sledheads and from other friends around the area. Thanks for checking in. Pete
