Same old thing

Same old thing, no new snow. I saw only a few sleds pass thru Frederic yesterday and had just one guy come in but what he said surprised me. He said the trail was not that bad and that the closer you got to Frederic the better it was. He had come from Grayling. I talked to Keith this morning about his take on the trails as he sees it from the groomer. I was beginning to think I am wrong about things but he said drawing a east west line along batterson road and north things are much better. 2/3 of the grayling trails are not good but that other third is pretty decent. I went out and took some pics this morning which are below here and then when I was down by the parking lot just east of Frederic on 612 I was driving along the left side of the road to go up to the myrtle street to get to the backside of the parking lot and sometimes I am just not to swift. I got a little to far to the left and it pulled me right down into the ditch. I needed a walk anyways. I started walking back here to the shop and was almost here when Bill Johnson picked me up and took me back and pulled me out…Thanks Bill!  Now if we could only get some darn snow. There really isn’t any in the forcast either……Thanks for checking in. Pete
