Cold and Crunchy

It was a cold and crunchy ten below when I left home this morning. Trails still have decent cover and sleds were out and about yesterday and I have seen a few thru Frederic already this morning. Yesterday morning I saw Corey Crooks at the gas station here in Frederic when I was filling up my sled and he and his son were heading for the bridge. Big John also sent me pics as he rode up to the bridge yesterday too. I sure wish I would have done it too. So today pics are from Big John. The speed limit sign is along Mullet Lake so if you go that way be sure to pay attention. That is heavily patrolled for both stopping and speed. Its not as bad as you would think and only takes an extra 10 or 15 minutes to get thru that area. We need to get past Wednesday and Thursday to figure out if we are going to have anything decent to ride on for this coming presidents weekend. Maybe Trump will put out a tweet that says “I love snowmobilers, they are great people and they look forward to a tremendous weekend of riding”   On the other hand I say on only time will tell.. Thanks for checking in. Pete
