31 and misty

Its 31 and misty at high noon in downtown Frederic. Luckily we have not had any rain as predicted and temps are supposed to drop. No new snow again since yesterday. Chubby Roger stood me up yesterday for riding but as luck would have it Ohio Brian came by and we went for a nice 90 mile ride. There is still 18 inches in the woods off of two tracks, we rode two tracks all the way to lovells and then took the trail back to Gaylord and down to Frederic. It was a very good ride and I was surprised at how many riders were out there. Even the trail that turned west out of Lovells to go to Lewiston had fresh groomer tracks on it. Just east of Gaylord on the power line trail their groomer was heading out and it was already good on that stretch. The big question is will it hold for the weekend. We came up on a couple tanks that the national guard were out running thru the woods so we stopped for pictures as the guys were out of them. My friend Scotty Bobby put another cool drone video together of all the action this past Saturday in Frederic, here is a link to his video Sled action in Frederic, Michigan   Thanks for checking in.
